On Wednesday 23rd September, the Aces A team travelled to Sevenoaks School for their first tournament of the season.

The team began strong with a dominant 3-0 win against Russell House School. This was followed by a 2-0 victory against Bromley High School.

Next up was Eltham College which proved to be a more competitive match and ended with a 1-1 draw. The penultimate match was against local rivals Sevenoaks Prep School and the team really stepped up to play some excellent hockey and deservedly won 1-0.

Despite lots of attacking pressure, the final game of the day against Bede's School ended goal-less.

Overall the St Michael’s team should be very proud of their performances. Their three wins and two draws meant that overall they were the tournament winners. Well done to all of the girls involved!
