Award-winning poet Joshua Seigal inspired pupils of St Michael's on Friday 18th October.
Joshua brought his poems to life in two performances to the great enjoyment of his audiences. He also led interactive poetry workshops for Year 5, encouraging the children to explore their own poetic voices through fun exercises.
Commenting on the poet's visit, Head of English at St Michael's, Laura Andrade, said: "We loved welcoming Joshua to St Michael's and hope the day sparked a passion for poetry in our children."
