St Michael's Challenge

At St Michael’s Prep School we believe in preparing our children for lifelong learning by providing them with skills such as perseverance, collaboration, creativity, independence, commitment and critical thinking.

We believe that the St Michael’s Challenge gives our children an excellent opportunity to develop and display these skills which will aid them throughout their lives.

During the Lent Term, all children in Years 3 to 6 work on one challenge. Each pupil is allocated a staff mentor and receives support from our Years 7 and 8 children to plan an engaging presentation. Pupils innovate a project in response to a brief.
